very good quality and very attentive to detail beautiful workmanship wife loves the remodeled kitchen.. everything went as planned and smooth, I will be using them for my outside kitchen plan. Also great customer service they arrived introduced themselves and was very friendly.

Our experience with Matterhorn renders greater than a 5 star performance! We chose Matterhorn to do a total re-do of our kitchen with custom cabinets and install new floors throughout our house. Matterhorn created us a masterpiece that will allow us to age in place. Alex afforded us his time, his artful design expertise with detailed computer generated project reports with cost included. His team of craftsman were more than courteous and considerate to our family and our domicile. Like others, once we invited Matterhorn into our home and witnessed their fine work, we found additional smaller projects for them to perform their magic on. In the 8 weeks required to make our dream come true, we could not help but become endeared to Alex and his professional crews. You will also! We will most definitely call up Matterhorn for our next remodel.

Matterhorn Houses LLC was hired by us to remodel our master bath - small bath 11x5. On the first day of demo they discovered a significant plumbing issue and were able to correct the issue, while correcting the issue they discovered another issue between the floor and the slab - they corrected that issue as well. The custom made vanities and linen closet were beyond my expections, absolutely beautiful. The entire bathroom is beautiful and I can't thank Alex, Daniel, Jesus and Estefan enough for bringing my vision to reality. There were a few items that needed to be adjusted, but those adjustments were made immediately and without any hassle. While they were finishing our bathroom project we had them remove the popcorn ceiling in our master bedroom, retexture the ceiling and paint the entire room. They did another great job. I have already recommended them to friends and would recommend Matterhorn Houses, LLC to everyone in North Texas.

Overall, our kitchen was remodeled to our specifications. However, please beware of this company. After the final payment they stopped responding to us and did not finalize details that they promised would be fixed. They damaged our new vent hood during the remodel and Alex promised that he would buff out the scratches. They did not install the new dishwasher correctly and it shifts around. I had to secure it myself. The granite counter-top they installed has rough patches that he said he would have buffed out. The paint on the cabinets have numerous flaws that Alex said are "unacceptable" and he would fix. After the final payment he did not show up to fix any of these issues as he said he would. I called a second time and after he set up a second appointment he did not show up again. Communication was extremely poor as he put his 20 yr old cousin in charge of the operation and every time we talked to Alex he had no idea of what was happening. The work crew was unreliable and showed up at various times and sometimes not at all. We were promised a 5 day job that lasted 3 weeks. Do not submit final payment to this company until all details are complete. Update: After submitting this review I was contacted by Alex to please let him make it right (after 2 attempts to already get him to do that), so we called and again were told that they would come out and they never did. He also told me that he lost money on our kitchen and that is why he didn't pay enough attention to detail. We will not be contacting him again to finish his job as we consider it futile at this point and will either have to hire someone else or figure out how to do it ourselves

Alex and his team did a great job on my partial kitchen remodel. Pleasant contractor to work with. I plan on using him again in the future.

Always prompt responses to my questions. Always full disclosure of information. Sincere and honest. Performed the job flawlessly and very quickly. We got the roof replaced this time. I'll be reaching out again for other work around the house. It's great to have a local company that I can trust.

We have used Matterhorn Houses LLC (Alex) for several projects around our home. Alex and his team replaced our entire first floor flooring from a mix of laminate and tile to complete laminate, they also painted a few rooms in our home, replaced a sink/cabinet combo in a powder bath, and they helped us with touch ups prior to placing our home on the market. Alex is always timely and works well within any budget! He's a GOOD person and a great contractor. I highly recommend you use this company for any small, medium or large project! You will be thrilled with the outcome!
