From start to finish, our experience with Matrix was outstanding. We had a big project and a specific deadline for completion. Our Field Manager, Ron kept the schedule updated and the project moving. Workers were on time, courteous, professional and clean, We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and the path to getting there.

My Project Manager Ron Deutsch was fantastic! He led the team from start to finish, checked on job often to ensure everything ran smoothly. Susanna Ryan took care of production and without her there would be no glue with all the construction teams that came and went. On time with finish date and very pleased. Matrix takes pride in the people that work for them, they are perfection, I would highly recommend.

It was a rocky start. Issues with communication. But In the end our basement turned out beautiful. Shout out to Susanna! She is amazing and so helpful! Thank you Matrix for getting the job done.

Matrix Basements used a bait-and-switch tactic on us. Their rep, Christopher Powers, promised a detailed ceiling paint job?including cleaning debris, taping off areas, and handling wiring. Based on that, we signed a contract. But during the plan review, the project manager said none of that was included and even claimed he?d never heard of it. We were told Matrix doesn't clean, doesn?t tape, and won?t touch any wiring. We'd have to prep everything ourselves?or live with overspray and debris being painted over. I asked to cancel the contract, but Matrix stopped responding. Now we?re stuck with an open contract, out a down payment, and no work done. They won?t reply or resolve it. Avoid Matrix Basements if you want honest, reliable service.
