In May/June of 2024 Masterpiece Roofing, Inc. was chosen for our major roofing project. We are a mid-sized 28 unit condominium complex in the Metro-West area. Ray was so extremely professional and we were able to easily work with him from beginning, during, and the end via phone and text. The professionalism from the beginning to the end of the project was seamless. Ruy, the on-site supervisor, was available for any questions we had all during the day. Each day his crew cleaned up the area as if they weren't even there. I called this company the well oiled machine. The project management of the crew and other contractors which were contracted through Ray were so organized and professional. I had many owners come to me and express their compliments on their speed and workmanship. They put pride in their workmanship as if they were placing all material on their own home. Our roofing project also consisted of new gutters, downspouts, new skylights, and carpentry where needed. They provided communication and documentation which we will be able to provide to all our owners and future owners. They provide an excellent warranty of product and warranty for their workmanship.
