Many thanks to Michael from Masterful Technologies. He addressed a connection problem that had frustrated me for months. He diagnosed and fixed it expertly and efficiently. It was clear from the first few minutes that he was someone who knew his field thoroughly and addressed the problem directly and quickly. Additionally, Michael is a natural teacher and was able to explain in laymen terms, exactly what he was doing and what I should look out for in the future. When I have another IT problem, and of course at some point I will, Michael will be my first and only call.

Mike is the best. I have used him twice to help me with computer problems. In time of pandemic he was able to solve my problem via the telephone. Is totally empathetic and patient. I am an older (very much so) customer and he is very kind. Very fair pricing. Very capable. Would definitely recommend Mike at Masterful Technologies,
