I invited 3 roofers to give me estimates. Wilson was the only one who also went into the attic to see what other issues might be involved. The others only said it would cost $XX if something was found. He was very knowledgeable about his trade and pointed out some serious issues regarding venting of the roof and the cause of the issues, presenting thoughtful solutions (tactfully presented as the problems were self inflicted!). A search on the internet confirmed his recommendations. His quote was the highest, but he was clearly the most qualified and put a sincere and conscientious effort at giving me a meaningful quote, which he stuck to when the job was done. And it was done well. I have nothing but praise for the work of his crew who performed the work as proposed. I recommend Wilson and Master Roof, Milford highly to anyone in need of a new roof.

I recently hired Master Roof Inc for a complete roof replacement, repair and gutter replacement. I couldn't be happier with the results! Master Roof recently replaced my 25 year old asphalt roof. The entire process was seamless and professional. I met with a salesperson who inspected the roof using a drone, he calculated the surface area using GPS technology and ran me through the options and pricing. After the deposit was rec'd Fernando called with updates on scheduling and dates for delivery of materials etc. On the day of replacement the crew showed up at 7 am and starting working immediately. They used tarps to ensure plantings and structures were protected. Within 2 hours the entire roof (30+ squares) was stripped clean. The crew took initiative to replace any sheathing or boards that were sub-standard to ensure a flat, solid surface for nailing. Fernando stopped by the job site and reached out to me to ensure all was going as expected. The crew worked very efficiently and as a team each person knowing their role and the next steps. By 3 pm the entire asphalt roof had been installed. The crew then focused on details: adjusting soffit vents, correcting gutter downspouts and raking the work area. They used a magnetic dolly to pickup every last nail. The roof looks amazing and the work area appears better than before they started. I couldn't be happier with the results. The materials used and the methods are top notch. Master Roof has my highest recommendation!

Master Roof did a fantastic job on our roof replacement. Paul was excellent and visited my house multiple times to discuss options for how to do the job, install additional ventilation where needed, etc. On the day of the work, the crew ran into some unforeseen problems and Paul was able to work through them quickly. They did all of the work in one day. The finished product looks fantastic and they were able to correct some problems I didn't even know I had (e.g., poor attic ventilation in one area). On top of all of this, their prices were very fair.

They were professional and fast. They fixed my roof in one day, including replacing six plywood sheets that were rotted. Clean up was great, they did a good job picking up nails.

Second generation family business, which I like, much prefer that than a huge company. They were hard working, talented, diligent and fairly prices. I got a second quote and that roofing contractor said about Master Roof's quote "that's a fair price you should use them". I was happy that I did just that.
