Sawyer was awesome! He went above and beyond in helping my wife and I resolve our pest issue. When you move into a new home, there are some things you don't expect to encounter. Thanks to Sawyer we are no longer dealing with the issue.

Master Pest responded very quickly to my Home Advisor request. They came out to my home to inspect my attic for rats. They located and solved the issue quickly.

Sawyer was the pest control rep who arrived right on time. He fully explained the process and then went to work to kill the pests. He educated me on the different types of bugs that he found and was very personable and professional. He recapped the different entry points of how bugs can get into a garage and home and a suggested schedule to keep them outside and at bay. I was super impressed with his level of knowledge and enthusiasm to help remedy our issue. Would definitely recommend their to others services because of our experience with Sawyer.

Master Pest keeps the customer informed. I got a call on when they were arriving. After the spraying, I got a summary on what service was completed. They maintained social distance and wore a mask. They are professional. My only issue was the technician did not remove his shoes or put on booty's before going inside the house. I'm particular about having shoes taken off when entering my home. I will take some blame that I didn't speak up, but as a courtesy, the tech should have prepared with booty's. In any case, I've hired Master Pest for monthly service.
