We had a leak in our basement that we thought was coming from our chimney. Marshalls came and determined that it wasn't the chimney, but a plumbing problem. They were prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using them again.

Haven't had the work done yet, roof replaced. We will have it done in the Spring!!

SMALL ranch style home; approximately 1240 square feet. So far, I AM SPENDING MORE THAN THE COST OF JOB THEY DID replace/fixing errors made by this company. I reported each one. Leaks: kitchen and bath skylight leaks, he said there were no problems. HE DID NOT INSULATE SKYLIGHTS PROPERLY AND A DAMAGED LIGHT WAS INSTALLED IN MY BATHROOM...RESULTING IN CONDENSATION AND BLACK MOLD GROWTH IN MY ATTIC. Vent boot: improper install. Bedroom window and wall: Marshalls DID NOT REPLACE SHINGLES AFTER THEY REMOVED THEM FROM BASEMENT WALK-OUT. He was hired to install a minimum 20-year roof with ELK Arch shingles. After done told me I had a 12-year roof. I paid him, did not finance the roof. Oh, he never checked to see that all of my soffit vents were clear and the vents were essential for the ELK SYSTEM working properly. There is more, but I have written enough for today. HIRE SOMEONE WHO BACKS-UP THEIR WORK, AND REPAIRS THEIR MISTAKES. I SPOKE WITH HIM THIS SPRING 2020, AND HE CLAIMED HE DID NOT KNOW I CALLED THEM 5 OR MORE TIMES THIS YEAR. HE ANSWERED MY LAST REVIEW, WHICH is not HERE, claiming he was aware of the job location. Well, he has my phone number here but did not call. I AM A DISABLED, ELDERLY FEMALE who believed his sales pitch.

Marshall replaced our siding, roof and windows! Adam gave us all the time and information we needed with no pressure to buy. There were no surprises with the billing. His crews were courteous and efficient. Paid attention to finishing every last detail.

They did a great job and on time.

Crew was efficient and clean. Couldn't ask for a better company to work with.
