Marlowe's We Care Company, Inc.

The front of my house looks better than it had all year. The workers were very knowledgeable about what they were about. Very nice and it only took 3 hours. I will be bragging about this service.

Here is my long overdue review for Marlowe's We Care Co, Inc. After being ripped off by another contractor I found, actually circled back to, Marlowe's. They did an absolutely beautiful job on our outdoor kitchen. Scott came and spoke with me, drew up the sketch and sent it over with he estimate. He gave me a start date, but was able to start sooner (yeah). He told us step by step how everything was going to go. And it did. They showed up every morning and worked all day and cleaned up thoroughly every day. There was no hopping from one project to another which I loved. If you get stuck, they provide solid advice on what will work best based on them being the SME. The color choice you get is truly CUSTOM. Not from the paint can, not something they have in stock that someone else may have. She was on site and hand painted each brick, mixing colors as she went, based on my vision. Now to the best part. This is a Family owned business and they are soooo nice. The customer service they provide is amazing. Truly the blueprint for how it should be. I can go on and on but all I can say is if you are looking for a good company with AMAZING customer service and solid good work, give them a call. Trust me, don't be fooled by lower offers. +7

After searching for a company to build a deck for 2 years, we finally came across Marlowe's. They suggested a patio instead and we are SO GLAD they did! It works far better for our backyard, and looks incredible! They suggested the layout of the patio based on how we use our backyard and it was a perfect design. Drainage was a huge concern for us, and they made sure everything worked perfectly with that. They were great with communication and they didn't mind that our kids constantly watching them through the process. We had them build a patio and an outdoor kitchen and it's our favorite place to hang out now! The whole team was very professional, very thorough, and made sure we were aware and prepared every step of the way. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

These good folks arrived to do a rather small job (which another company said was too small for them), and when the owner came out to provide an estimate, he recommended other work that his organization could do when we were ready to bring them back! I was so impressed by their approach - both the estimate for the initial work as well as their suggestions for future work - that my wife and I decided to incorporate their recommendations immediately. The bottom line is the work was completed before the time they said they would need, they totally exceeded our expectations, and we would strongly recommend this organization to neighbors and friends! good solutions for my drainage problems - hopefully - However the clean up at end of project left something to be desired.

I was overall pleased with their job and am keeping my fingers crossed that they solved my drainage problem. I would have liked their clean up/ tidding up to be better

Work was excellent. (Maybe a litte expensive.)

Good value for money. The company correctly identified a solution to an ongoing water problem in my side yard. They recontoured some of the low lying areas and installed a new drain line and pop-up valve. Areas affected were over=seeded and ornamental rock installed in run-off areas.
