Over the years I have worked with several contractors/builders and Marksman Builders has been the best. They delivered on every aspect of our complete older home remodel. Last summer we started with just ideas on a piece of paper and Emma and her team worked with the designer, engineer to retain the charm of our older home and give it an open modern look. The entire process from obtaining building permits to the final details were professionally completed within the estimated timeline and budget. As the project took shape we had several change orders that were seamlessly integrated into project. Friends, family, and other building professionals have commented on how “awesome” our new house looks. Marksman Builders is now building a very custom engineered carport and garage for us with the same professionalism and attention to every detail. I was not sure it could even be built given the terrain and larger granite boulders. They simply incorporated the boulders in the build.

We are extremely happy with our remodeled kitchen and both bathrooms. Mark was very easy to work with and his crews were very skilled, prompt and flexible with a few changes we requested. They completed the job on time and were excellent at communicating their progress along the way. They stayed within the original contract agreement. We highly recommend Marksman Builders.

Mark was / is very attentive to our needs and wants. We gave him a hard timeline and he held to it. As challenges came up, which they always do in a project of this size, Mark’s experience was on full display. He was always calm and solved the problems. I would highly recommend Mark to all of our friends for any of their project. In fact, we have already recommended him to a few people.

He called back the next day and made arrangements to complete the job the following day. The job looks great and was done very quickly. We will use them again.

If you're looking for a contractor who is fair, honest, reliable and easy to communicate with, we couldn't recommend Mark more highly. We were extremely pleased with the job done by Mark and his crew. The quality of their work was beyond our expectations. Mark did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. His crew showed up on time every day and never stopped in spite of the hot summer days. What originally was a deck repair turned out to be a complete tear down and rebuild. It now looks far better than it ever did. Just a great job all around!

Mark Marksman is very easy to work with, never assuming, an excellent communicator, courteous and knowledgeable. His crew and subcontractors are hardworking, polite and accommodating. My remodel took 7+ months to complete. Mark's bid was reasonable and he stayed on budget! Throughout the project I felt that I was in good hands and couldn't be happier with the results. My next project will be the decks and I will have the Marksman Builders do this project as well.

Mark and his crew built us a beautiful patio cover and installed a ceiling fan that we are very pleased with. Prompt response, very pleasant and very knowledgable. They also installed a bedroom window. Would highly recommend and would definitely hire again.
