After a very frustrating experience with another lawn service, I reached out here and Jeremy completely turned things around. He was responsive, professional, and able to provide a quote over the phone using satellite imagery. He showed up the same day and fixed the previous poor-quality work without any issues. I especially appreciated that there was no pressure for upfront payment—billing is handled monthly, which speaks to the integrity and organization of the business. The communication and quality of work were exactly what you hope for when hiring a service. Highly recommend!!

Friendly, got the job done in a timely fashion. A few leaves left around in hard to get places but overall I was very satisfied. I would hire again.

I had an amount of leaves I could not handle alone. They came out and got the leaves from the back yard and front to the curbside then came back with the giant vacuum and sucked them all up into their truck. After that, I could keep up with the remaining leaves. Don't know how I would have handled them without Marek's help. Also, they charged less than the quote was!

I called to inquire about their services and was told one price. My yard is fairly large so I called back just to make sure and they quoted me a different price which I was OK with. They were supposed to arrive at 10 AM and did not show up until 2:30 PM and only brought two people for a half-acre and they had no idea what type of service they were giving. They apparently did not communicate, they also did not finish the job correctly

When we arrived The yard was really wet and we could not perform the normal opperations and when we did the coustomer wanted extra work completed that was not in the original quote I do apologize for the services that were not performed up to the customer standards

They did an excellent job, but the cost was 65% higher than the estimate. I think they charged an honest amount for the hours spent, but I would have liked a more accurate understanding of the cost going in.
