Never hire this company or you'll be sorry. I would have given them no rating or a negative rating for value and work quality, but your system does not allow me to do so. They charged me hundreds of dollars and I still have the same issue.

As you may recall, you were informed on multiple occasions that the proper course for the issue at hand was for you to contact a licensed electrician in order to repair the wiring of the Nest thermostats that were recently installed by you. As a new customer for us, we had visited your home 3 times and one was free of charge as a courtesy. Our last correspondence was as such back in May and to our knowledge you were waiting on a replacement thermostat from Nest in your effort to rule out a bad thermostat. We hadn't heard from you since and we were not aware that you were still having issues. We hope that moving forward you get the wiring repaired and your system up and functioning properly.

I hired them to remove and install an Armstrong heating and A/C system in my son's house. Tim came out and gave me a quote along with a great education about forced hot air heating and A/C systems. Shane and Marty showed up every day for a week to remove the old ducting and install new ducts and the system. Shane is very knowledgeable on the systems and his customer rapport is outstanding. I had many questions during the installation and he always took the time to answer me completely. We had a couple variations during the install and he was accommodating as well as making sure the changes would not adversely affect the system. I am extremely satisfied with MajicAir and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a system.
