Maize Restoration & Remodeling

We had lally columns replaced in our garage. Chase and everyone at Maize Restoration were amazing to work with. Excellent communication, worked around our schedules, and made sure we were completely satisfied before closing the project. They also left the place spotless every day when they left. Could not be happier and they will be our first call for any additional work needed moving forward.

It was great working with chase and all the other guys. The job Maize did for us was a custom home build. Our old house was 1500 sq. ft. and our new one is 5500 sq. ft. the most critical part of this process, the CPE (Comprehensive Project Evaluation) was executed to perfection. I truly believe that is why our home came out exactly how me and my family wanted it too. I definitely recommend Maize Restoration & Remodeling for new construction and custom home builds. We recently hired Maize to redo two bathrooms and install a dehumidification system in our older home. They did a great job, with great communication and execution by both the president Chase and our project manager Pete. We'd be happy to use them again.

We installed 2 skylights and did our entire roof. We also took advantage of the up front consultation, which was very valuable. You get a detailed quote and lay out exactly what is included, and just as importantly, what is not included in the project. Communication was easy and the project was done on time and on budget. Chase, the owner, was very easy to work with. I found communication with the lead contractor to be frustrating at times and not timely about changes in schedules. In the end, the work was done well and at the budget agreed upon.

The worker gave their all plus in order to complete the job and give a great finish. The interior designer helped us to choose counter tops and cabinets. Every detail was covered. I would recommend them.

We hired Maize for a total remodel of our master bath and we would not work with them again.

We hired Maize Restoration for their comprehensive project evaluation (CPE) This is in advance of the actual renovation project and this review is specific to their CPE. We liked the idea of first engaging Maize restoration to scope the project throughly before committing to using them for the actual renovation. The process involved a few on site meetings (at our house) and several hours of detailed information gathering by Chase, Maize's president. We were pleased with the result of a couple of lifelike 'photos' of the completed bathroom and a roadmap of how we'd proceed. Chase "got it." Based on this, we have engaged Maize for the remodeling and we look forward to working with them on that project. Chase had come highly recommended by a couple of colleagues. We have interviewed a number of contractors for the project and we found that Maize's CPE gave us the confidence that they understood what we needed and would be good to work with. Chase was punctual, knowledgeable, and dare I say fun to work with.

We are working on renovating our bathroom and started looking for GC's. Maize has been responsive, readily available to answer questions throughout the process, transparent on pricing and setting our expectations. Their process of a thorough meeting on the planning of the project really sets them apart from other GC's. We are considering other projects late this year and will definitely look to Maize to assist.
