I was told by a friend about Maine’s Best Water after they too had a positive experience. Brad was very quick to call me (same day) and was able to stop for a quote the same day. He was very friendly, informative and professional. He did the visit and estimate and made a plan for installation immediately. On day of installation he was great to confirm with me and communicate arrival. His team worked rather quickly and then took time to walk me through what was installed and how the system worked. He gave me info on some household cleaners to use to clean up the iron stains that were present before the new system was installed and referenced some local stores for material purchases. He said I can reach out anytime with questions and said they would be back in a year to service. The installation was very clean. I 100% recommend for water system service, upgrades etc.

Hands down the best service, we’ve had 3 others come out and said that we needed to spend thousands of dollars on a new system. Brad and team came over and after a quick (10 min) diagnosis found it just needed to be cleaned! Our water feels like the first day we had it installed. He’s knowledgeable, passionate, and a great educator. He’s previously walked me through another issue over the phone and helped me fix it. There is something to be said about supporting local. I will recommend him a THOUSAND times!

Brad quickly responded, then I emailed him my most recent water test results. He recommended the UV system, gave me a price and scheduled me right in. Brad and his helper showed up as scheduled, ontime and clean appearance. They quickly installed my new water filter system, cleaned up after themselves and I was conveniently able to pay the invoice on the spot with Brads ipad tablet payment system. The invoice was exactly as quoted. I will also take advantage of his annual maintenance plan. Professional and affordable. Highly recommended.
