Write a ReviewI need to replace heater in 106 Haida dr
They responded quickly on a Sunday. Obtained the necessary parts as quickly as possible and repaired my furnace.
Strait up would not work with me, tried getting quotes, nope no quotes said I need to wait three months to install simple gas line, won't call back won't do anything for a n, worst ever, do not recommend , very unprofessional
They came out fast when I needed them and they are very honest and fare price. Will recommend them to anyone! Very knowledgeable and knew exactly where the problem was!
Great service with Maile Heating & Cooling. Highly recommend. With no hot water to the house (showers wouldn't work with just cold), and most plumbers in town stating over a 2 month wait, Stephen and his team fit me in to their already busy schedule. They had the water heater tank replaced in no time and at a fair price. I really appreciated them making the time -- plumbers are needed and just booked out in the area. It's great knowing I can call them in the future if there was a real heating emergency.
Took months to get them out for a boiler replacement which is understandable with how busy everyone is. they started the install in December and did not finish till mid January. A tool broke the wait was understandable, I know it’s a special tool and probably not easy to replace or get a replacement in a timely fashion. I smelled something off and asked the installer guy on one of his return trips because it was not working properly, he said it was a new unit and the smell would go away eventually. 5 months later I’m still smelling gas so I had the gas company come out and check, it was leaking at the boiler, gas guy said the boiler was not properly installed. Then had an inspection done and the exhaust vent was not properly installed they did not use and adapter from the pvc to the steel pipe, just glued them together, they re used the old components, they did not even put the back of the boiler on which we couldn’t see until the home inspector showed us, they did not put a neutralizer on the condensation line, the condensation from a boiler is corrosive and it’s draining directly to our cast iron drain. Been trying for weeks to get them to come fix and they just don’t answer or call back. We paid $11,000 for a job that’s not done. Edited to add- they came out and fixed all the problems.
Awesome Customer Service. We had them come clean out our HVAC system and the guys were so nice, very personable and professional. Great experience.
