Maid To Order

Hard working and pleasant. Only complaint is that they were eager to leave even though I still had an hour of work I had paid for. I could have easily found more for them to clean. They left in a real hurry without pointing out I still had another paid hour due to me. Also towards the end of their session there was lots of chatter between the cleaners about a tip even though I was assured by management that the fee covered a tip.

They are very efficient ... arrived promptly, got to work and didn't waste time talking or phoning ... very thorough. They worked 15 minutes longer than planned but It was a first time cleaning our place so not surprising. It's not an easy house with 3 floors, etc. We will definitely have them back.

Great meeting with the manager. The cleaning staff was not clear on exactly what needed to be done, so there was not good communication between our initial contact and the actual cleaning staff. They did a very good job cleaning, however, but needed some direction.

Cleaning service restored the bath shower to virtually like-new condition after many months of deferred maintenance. The maids were thorough, efficient, and friendly.
