I specifically asked for certain cleaning services (we just moved in and I wanted baseboards, window sills and walls dusted in addition to basic cleaning services). There were still cobwebs on all three surfaces. Even some of the basic cleaning wasn't thorough enough for the money that was charged.

This was a special move in clean with only bathrooms and kitchen cleaning done- bathrooms appeared clean and smelled fresh- kitchen cabinets were wiped down,but oven wasn't cleaned,nor were the racks.What was done was done well,but there was no mopping of floors or vacuuming due to the movers being there at the same time.
