horrible contractor, substandard work uses subtandered material. takes your money and delays start time and finish time.. He does nothing to fix his shoddy work....VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER...

Excellent work along with courteous workers, Over and above on everything they do. Need several retaining walls, along with steps built into a hills, had a new patio put in, and the work was excellent! decided on sprinklers during the course of the job, Best thing we could have ever done, is do all of the work at once, looks Great, Phil, and the crew were Awesome, they know what they're doing. I needed a crumbling rock retaining wall replaced with a new keystone block retaining wall. The project was 220 linear feet long by 2 ft high. This was a big project. MagicScape came in with an estimate that was a good $1000 less than my other contractor estimates. From the day the contract was signed until final work approval was only 3 days. The crew was very professional, courteous, and efficient. They went above and beyond my expectations. Once they did the project cleanup, it was as if they were never there except for the new wall in place. I have already recommended MagicScape to 2 of my neighbors and will continue to do so. 5 Stars!

The crew was efficient, friendly and did an excellent job. The owner Phil, was very diligent in overseeing all phases of the project which turned out to be a bigger job than we thought. We were very pleased with the results and had no complaints.

Magic Scape landscaped my front and back yards. I wanted the yards neat and low maintenance. Phil and his crew were very efficient, professional, and had good suggestions and ideas. We hired Magic Scape to remove thick weeds and lay down decorative rock for a rental property we'd like to sell. We got 3 bids. The Magic Scape bid provided better coverage and was much more thorough than other bids we received, and the cost was comparable (one company didn't feel the need to call utility companies and provide 1/2 the amount of rock!). The work was done promptly and well. They even did a small area we didn't expect them to do. We were able to put our property on the market sooner than we expected, and received 2 offers in the first week. I'm sure the increased curb appeal helped. Thanks to Phil and company; we'd definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.

Make sure you get a drawing for your project or it will cost you twice as much and it won't look anything like you wanted. Make sure you get a completed date on the contract. My two week project turned into a 3 1/2 month project. They work about 2 days a week. I heard every excuse in the book and was lied to about the lies the owner told. My small area of artificial grass looks terrible and has two seams that are so obvious and I waited over three months for something that was supposedly "in the warehouse" on week two!! I could go on but running out of space.
