Odet did a great job in handling our telephone conversations and Derek was an excellent installer We purchased motorized shades for our windows as it was very difficult to get behind the sofa to open the shades We had four (4) motorized shades installed in our home and Derek set them up to be controlled individually or as a group. Derek spent time not only installing the shades (that fit exactly as we wanted them); but, then spent time setting them up to run by: - a remote control; - our phones; and - our Alexa Unit. I have worked with many contractors in my home over the years and I have never met such a consummate professional, as Derek, who did what he promised on time and at the agreed upon price I would highly recommend this company.
