I wish I could give a great review like all the others because they did some of it very well and I liked their process, but the fact is they did such a lousy job on parts of my shower that every time I use it I have to look at it and it makes me so angry they could not make straight lines, cut in a 45 degree corner correctly, make the shower panels line up evenly, or make my trim symmetrical. They also measured the glass wrong so it didn't fit correctly, and the glass door isn't level and out of plumb. The Onyx material they used is great, but wow, their installation of the shower was really lacking. Mark even agreed it wasn't perfect, but didn't offer to fix it. Sad!

Excellent job!

It's been over a year since our bathroom project was completed. Our shower, free standing tub and tile work is 100% as perfect now as it was when it was completed. Their quote and timeliness was exactly what we agreed on. 100% recommend them.

From the very first appointment, my wife and I made, we were greatly impressed by the honesty of Mark Macleay and his team. We were doing an entire bathroom remodel which entailed a demo day down to studs and removing the tile floor, an old shower and making it into a closet; removing a Jacuzzi tub and replacing it with a tiled walk-in shower; removing a large vanity and replacing it with a new one with quartz countertop; and replacing the floor with LVT tiles. It was extensive. I have to say, from day one of the remodel to the last day, Mark and his team went above and beyond our expectations! The only "hiccup" was a delay from an outside manufacturer on the glass wall for the shower. Besides that, it was a smooth process that went off without a hitch. I highly recommend Mark and his company for ANY remodel job you may have. As he told us at the first appointment "I may not be the lowest cost, and I won't be the highest, but I will be fair and everything will be done according to your wishes." He was so right! This will be the only company in the area that I will call if I need anything else done with our home.

Pretty good experience

We used MAC Residential for a complete bathroom remodel. Mark was easy to talk to, listened carefully, and made good recommendations (especially important for us, since we were investing in a major bathroom renovation for the first time). We were deeply impressed with Josh, who led the renovation work. He worked hard, was always on time, and remained in communication with us whenever anything didn't quite work the way we all expected. Josh was great at offering suggestions and had great taste, knowing what would go together and what wouldn't (and thus giving us plenty of time to return fixtures and product as we made multiple exchanges). We were very impressed with MAC and strongly recommend them for any job.

Where to even begin...we found Mac through Angi when we were looking for contractors to interview prior to beginning our project. Mark came out and helped us dream up what our home could be and gave us a quote within a few hours. They were the only contractor that made us feel "at home" and that they valued our relationship rather than just our dollars and also completely understood what we were looking to accomplish in our home. Once we accepted the quote, they hit the ground running and knocked the work out much quicker than we imagined! We saw that each person who worked on our project was highly skilled, professional, precise, hard-working, reliable, and very kind. Their integrity is evident through the excellent quality of their work. Day in and day out, we would see incredible progress in our home. And each day, once they completed their work, they would leave the place spotless! They completely brought our vision to life and we are very grateful to have worked with such an amazing group. Our house would not be what it is today without Mark, Josh, Nick, and Levi! We would HIGHLY recommend working with Mac for any remodeling/house project you have in mind.

Mac Residential was incredibly easy to work with! The estimate process was clear and Mark was able to answer all of my questions. The price was all inclusive and not suddenly jumped up at the end (a specific question that I had, because of horror stories Iâ d heard from other companies). The actual work was efficient and effective. When they ran into issues, they just informed me of them and fixed them. The honesty was refreshing, in an industry where weâ ve had many issues before. The quality of the work was fantastic. We had some minor issues afterward, but theyâ ve been quick to respond and arrange fixing/adjusting things. Iâ m very pleased, and will absolutely use them for future projects.

The project was completed on time. All items mentioned in the contract were finished with exceptional workmanship.
