Check the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Yelp!! Paid $1700 to unclog the main sewer line, then was ignored when trying to contact them. Mike showed up and got sewer line flowing, but as this was a recurring problem, I asked them to diagnose the damage for a full repair quote. They sent a camera to see the damage, but it did not go far, so they started hydro jetting to clear the obstruction which would allow the camera to go further. The hydro jet stopped at the same spot as the camera and I was charged $1700 for it. Quoted over $12000 to do the rest of the work. Ultimately, no additional information other than something is blocking it and we can not see what it is. It is going to cost $12k to get down and fix it. Your bill is $1700 for what we tried to do I called to get a partial refund as the check was cashed immediately, only to be ignored from that point on. I checked Yelp, BBB, and got a second opinion. I was charged 9 times what the work was worth.

It's important to READ THIS REVIEW. My dad had attaboy plumbing come out to fix the drain line from the toilet. The first night the guy was rude and over charging and told my dad there was no discount or anything because the guy heard my dad said he'll pay the price but he doesn't want to. He said he couldn't budge on the quote at all. I took him no time at all to fix it. Then he said we'll I need to come back tomorrow but it's going to be another work order. My dad and step dad complained. The next day the same guy came out and was like I wasn't charging extra to come back out but that's what he told me. Then told me my dad is getting a senior discount so he got like 100 dollars off. The job was still over priced. He acted like it took so long to sauder something when my mom does it for a living! I tried to put this review on Google but it wouldn't let me due to one I was pretty much forced to post. Anyway we will never ever ever use them again just because how the employee was.

Predatory pricing. Overcharges for the simplest of drain snaking. The owner is rotten human who takes advantage of people when they need plumbing issues fixed. Pays for the Google guarantee rating - only showing all positive reviews with ALL the negative reviews deleted. If you look on BBB they get an F, Yelp is 2.5 stars with over 86 reviews that are mostly negative with people sharing the owner’s overcharging and misleading advertising practices. Don’t use this business unless you want to get taken for all your hard earned money.

Attaboy is a very professional company, They sent reminders up until the time of the appointment, and the office called 15 minutes before they got here to repair my water heater. Hunter that came out to the house knew what he was doing and was very quick and clean and did an incredibly good job. The price he quoted was reasonable to do the repairs.

I will never hire anyone from. MT plumbing ever again. I was expecting to see much more respect and professional attitude from this company but I did not have any of that. It was nightmare. It was big mistake to choose this company and waste of my money and time with this terrible customer service. Especially they did not respect my privacy. I will choose different company in the future for sure.

MIke was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue in a timely manner and his prices were very affordable. Will definitely call him back when its time to do more projects.

I contacted MT Plumbing to clear a drain clog issue. The service I used previously for the same issue was on vacation and not available. Raw sewage was backing up in my bathtub. Mike was friendly and prompt. He assured me he could do the job, but he ran into a number of problems. He ended up NOT charging me for any of the work he did, which I greatly appreciated. However, he got his snake & stuck in my pipes and had to cut it in order to get it out! He dug up my septic tank initially because he thought his snake had gotten stuck there. I even had to call the septic company to camera the line in order to assess what was going on with the snake. In the end, Mike claimed that he had gotten all the pieces of his snake removed. He did not charge me for anything, and even sent a check to reimburse me for the cost of the camera work. He was unable to resolve the issue. My original drain guy finally returned and I have since gotten the clog issue resolved. His charge was only $136, and Mike had originally quoted me $210 for a job he was unable to properly complete.
