Molly maid did a fantastic job cleaning my house!
They did a fantastic job. I will be using them from now on. Very thorough.
they did an amazing job. they had a big task and they delivered.
BEWARE: Misleading pricing & poor communication. I was quoted $136–$272 (see picture attached) for a first-floor deep clean (under 1,000 sq ft home) but was instead charged $430, which I only discovered on my bank statement since no invoice was ever sent. Molly Maid of Albany/Saratoga was nearly impossible to reach, and when I finally got a response, they blamed the cost on the “condition of my home” (despite it being newly renovated) and the time it took to complete the cleaning. Which is funny because my cameras also caught the cleaners sitting in their cars/on their phones during the job. Once I brought that to their attention, they stopped responding altogether. The cleaning itself was fine, but absolutely should never cost $430. To change the price that drastically from what I was quoted without an invoice is terrible business and shows a true lack of transparency. Would NOT recommend.
