The man who came out to provide a free appraisal was extremely helpful in aiding me to understand the condition of the roof that resulted in leaks and offered two different solutions -- one that cost $350 and another that costs $1165 -- and recommended the less expensive one in reasonable expectation that it would solve my particular problem. The repair crew will do the job sometime within the next 60 days.

When they weren't able to get a crew out right away, they sent someone to tarp over the damage before the next rains hit. It made all the difference since I had a softball sized raccoon hole in the roof and water was pouring down the wall of my kitchen. When they finally came to do the work, they went right to work fixing it in one day. They cleaned up all debris, nails etc from the driveway and left it the way they found it. The owner went to the house the next morning and reinspected everything and called me to be sure all was done to my satisfaction. Excellent customer service.

When other contractors only offered an entire roofing replacement, Sunset gladly took on a repair project. When looking for the repair work you need call Sunset first, then kick back without worry since it will be scheduled as quickly as possible, work will start as agreed (based on weather), the project will be finished quickly, at the agreed cost, without surprises, and the job site cleaned up better than it was. The peace of mind Sunset gave me was priceless.

We've had nothing but problems ever since.I've called them back like ten times to come and look at it and they only came back one time to take a look at it and they said oh, that'll go away.Every time it rains well there's a big dip in the roof.We actually had to have that roof entirely torn off that they put on there because it was leaking so bad inside the house, but I do not recommend them to anybody.I would not recommend them to a dead maggot.I called in another guy, and he said why'd you pay $10,000.What they do, they said that this what they were going to do, the house roof and the garage roof for $10,000. They oh we didn't write it up,  they said we're just doing $10,000 for your house roof. I said wait a minute it was written down, they said well they said the secretary made a mistake and I said B%ll S%#T.I mean I was never so pissed off in my life.Then they just showed up one day and did the roof and they didn't tell us they were coming they just showed up.Screw them!Every time I see an M&M roofing construction place, I say don't use those people they're a## h@%es!

Ryan was on time . He carefully checked the roof and explained what was happening with my roof leak. Today was an inspection that really filled me in on exactly what the problems are.

Very small job, replaced less than three pieces of siding. I was quoted the minimum pricing which was $375, but was required to pay additional due to old siding not properly installed.

It went very well until they wouldn't take responsibility for front door porch roof leveling which they caused.. Other than that I would recommend M&M.
