He was very responsive. We asked for plans to remove columns and install steel beams. We told him that we had already spoken with a contractor and told him what we were looking for. The cost was over the amount that we thought was acceptable, but we went with him anyway. I was told that the plans were complete and he was looking for payment without showing me the final drawing. I told him that I needed to see it first. He then emailed it to me and I made the final payment. He said he put it in the mail to me. He never did. I had to wait another week and then he mailed the plans. We finally got the plans and they were not as we discussed as to the install of the beams. The contractor was not happy with the plans. What a complete waste of money! Would not recommend it.

I was looking to do a complete kitchen renovation, including an 8 foot bump-out. Working with Mirek was indeed a blessing! His communication, drawings, and overall vision for my project made the process a breeze! I highly recommend working with Mirek for your architecture needs!

Was looking into putting a 2nd floor addition on my small ranch. I figured getting an architect was a good place to start. I was thinking small, just putting 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor but Mirek had other ideas and I liked them. Will now have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor with the first floor redone as well. Essentially, a brand new home. Would never of thought of this on my own. Went back and forth a few times with design changes on my part and Mirek was very responsive and understanding. Granted, will be spending more $$ than I originally planned but this will be awesome when construction is competed.
