The Sharon at SouthPark is an upscale retirement community and we had 11 restrooms in need of serious tile and grout cleaning and restoration. I put out a bid request and had 5 responses. I chose MK because of cost, the fact the owner was hands on, and their quick response to bid and start time. They came with a plan, executed it just as I was told and the floors look GREAT!! Extremely satisfied!!
