Reviews
Write a ReviewMonty pumped out our sump pump without any issues. But Mark was starting to pump out the septic tank, after Monty got our check and left. Mark forced the pump on the septic tank and it cracked. I told Monty about it and he was accusing us of taking advantage of him & that he was 100 % sure his workee didn't crack the pipe and stated my husband did it with lawnmower. But Mark tried to glue it and put it back in the ground. My husband witnessed all of this. I should have not paid until completed. Then Mark washed his pump out with our personal hose. Never have I experienced such as this. I got an estimate of repairing the pipe and it was $1,300. Then I will have to get some one else to pump the septic tank properly. I work in healthcare and never in 36yrs have a done someone this way. We are so disappointed.
As we previously explained to you, we didn't have any tools capable of breaking schedule 40 pipe glued together. There was a chip in the cap of the clean out that was clearly from something slamming into it with a lot of force like a lawnmower. You even stated in your email that you didn't know if we had been the ones that had broken it or not.
Very friendly and professional crew that worked with me to get the job done without breaking my wallet. All septic jobs present unique challenges, and Monty and David found a way to do what needed to be done. They communicated well and got the job finished quickly, too.
Done damage to septic tank (David busted it with the track hoe), didn't bury it correctly about 6 inches on 1 end and maybe 2 inches on the other, and left a big mess in my yard. We had to hire a landscaping place to repair the damage to my yard.
Hello, we're sorry you had a bad experience with us. We had asked you before we left if there was anything else we could do. Please call us so we can try to make you happy.
They did great
Reasonable, knowledgeable. Came to our home within an hour. Professional crew. Highly recommend this company. They kept me informed of progress on a daily basis.
Mr. Burrell and his team did excellent work at an affordable market price in great time. 100% would recommend!
You can contact them anytime. They give you an estimate right away. They start work quickly and the contractor stays on site.
