I saw one of their projects in the neighborhood, and called them. They returned my call a month or so later, came to the house and looked over the proposed job, and sent me an estimate. We asked them to do the job after Labor Day. They showed up the day after Labor Day, and went to work. They sanded and scraped, then power washed the house. After drying, they painted. They do very careful, precise work, and clean up at the end of the day. We're very pleased with the final result. The team was easy to have around, and worked quietly and efficiently. We hope to hire them again for other projects.

I would highly recommend MJM Construction. They power washed the exterior of our home, and stained the wood siding and he deck, and painted the house trim. From the initial interaction, the estimate process, the painting itself and follow-up they were completely professional and a pleasure to work with. Due to rainy weather, the start of the work was delayed, but they kept us informed of the timing on their end. It ended up that they were working on the house while we were having some other minor repairs done- but they made an effort to work around the other crew, and it was a positive interaction for everyone. Overall MJM had great customer service and did good work at a fair price. We will definitely hire them the next time we need to paint!

MJM Construction did a wonderful job on the gutters and fascia board on my house. Jonian was very professional. When he came for the estimate he was thorough and his price was reasonable. My condo association has had some bad experiences with contractors before and Jonian restored my faith in companies that do honest work for a reasonable price. Another thing to note is that the work was done just over a week after the initial estimate. One of our unit owners was about to put his unit on the market and he moved things around to get it done for us before their open house! Incredible! I can t say enough good things about them. I highly recommend MJM Construction.

Jonian and his team did an excellent job on the gutter install for my project. He took the time to ensure that everything is to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend his company to anyone looking to have gutter installed in their house.

I hired MJM Construction to install a patio, modify my deck to remove the railing and build a new wraparound step to the patio, and replace some damaged siding on the back of my house. They did a fantastic job, my back yard looks beautiful. The project manager Jon is very responsive and communicative. He kept me informed on the status of the project, and they finished in the time frame he expected. The whole team was very professional and great to work with, I highly recommend them.
