MGS just replaced my roof shingles, and I must say I am greatly impressed. They did it when they said they would, took as long as they said they would (one day), and cost exactly what we had agreed upon in the contract. They were efficient and skilled. Very hard workers! No glitches at all, and that in itself is unusual in the contracting world. I highly, highly recommend them!

Mike from MGS responded immediately to my request from Angi for a roofing contractor. He came for an estimate the following day. He gave us a price that was half of another competitor - plus replacing a large skylight. The price included the permit and dumpster. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions - and we didn't have to sit through a two-hour sales pitch. All materials were top quality and installed above standard practice. This was in December and we were concerned about the weather and short daylight. Mike assured us they should have the job done in a day, barring some unexpected repairs to the roof. Their crew came a week later. Crew leader Rick was fantastic.They stripped two layers of ashphalt shingles off the house, breezeway and garage, replaced the skylight, and were done in about seven hours. This included replacing the lead flashing around the chimney and building a cricket above it to divert the water..Amazing! They spent about another hour thouroughly cleaning up all the debris around the property, including scouring for nails with a large rolling magnet. The dumpster was picked up two days later. Except for the great looking new roof, the property looks like like they were never here. We had three days of rain starting a few hours after they left, and the house is completely dry. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had dealing with a contractor. From start to finish, everyone has been friendly, respectful and professional. Mike was in constant contact with us throughout the process and responded immediately if I had.question. I highly recommend MGS for any roofing job.

We were very pleased with the entire process. The explanation and estimation of the project were fair and on time. The start of the project was excellent within two weeks of meeting to completion. Very professional, fulfilled all expectations, courteous, informative of product and install, excellent clean-up. Within 24 hours of starting work, all signs of their being there were gone. I Would recommend MGS and use them again.

We worked with Mike to get our shingles replaced and sky lights replaced. He helped us plan and made sure that the new roof would be solar install proof. From sales talk, planning, quotes, install and cleanup, all these process were professionally handled and the installers were courteous and meticulous in cleanup as well. Recently a new roof was installed on my home by MGS Construction LLC Roofing & Siding Specialists. The Sales Rep came to my home during the day to explain exactly what would be done. There were some things I had not thought of like rain deflectors and their method of sealing the chimney. They even removed and reinstalled the Roof De-Icing cable. An installation crew of GAF Certified Installers arrived on time, were courteous and completed the job in one day, including cleanup and disposal of the old shingles. The Sales Rep contacted me twice during day just to see if I was satisfied with the work being done. MGS Construction LLC Roofing & Siding Specialists had the best price and the most complete installation. It even came with a 30 year warranty. I am very satisfied with the work that was done.

MGS was wonderful to work with! Michael was very professional, personable and responsive. The roof went on in one day, they remained within their estimate and it looks beautiful.

Why we recommend MGS construction LLC....... Needed new shingles and new skylight replaced and we contacted 4 companies. Here are the results...... 2 co. and one wouldn't return our calls and the other left a proposal and samples at our front door.......bothNOT GOOD business 3rd co. came and spent a total of 15 min and was in a hurry to leave, left a proposal but had no samples to show......NOT GOOD 4th co.....MGS Const. of Salem NH......we contacted them and within 2 hrs, Michael Manick, reg. sales mgr. called and a time and date was set to see what they had to offer......Mike was great, he had all the samples to show us . We had 2 sheets of questions and we did not need to ask them because Mike ansered them when presenting his proposal......This was VERY GOOD...A contract was signed a few days later that set everything into motion to begin....... A date and time was set after all the necessary supplies were in and also the new VELUS solar remote skylight was in..... The workers and forman, Danny,arrived promptly at 7AM the day of the job but was posponed 1 hr. because of weather conditions..... OK was given to the workers and they promptly began their magic transformation.....and worked as a "TEAM"....Mike dropped by to see if all was going well and if we had any concernes about anything.... By noon, lunch time, all was cleared off the roof and we decided to buy pizza for the help and they were "tickled pink" and thankful...... Work resumed after lunch "bingo", by end of day, all was completed.All equipment neatly put away and on roof of van.......AND,..... MGS has this device that is a magnet and a worker rolled it all over the property to pick all the loose nails and that was really "cool" to see them do this...... We live in a condo. community and several board members commented "What a professional and neat job was done"....... We strongle recommend MGS of Salem NH and hope you do as well......
