Write a ReviewLucky's replaced the toilet on Oct 3, 2025, put everything back together and then told us that the flange needed to be replace. Replaced the flange on Oct 16, 2025. On April 24, 2026, the toilet started leaking. I called {name redacted} and they replaced the flange that day. Lucky's technician was polite and efficient. He appeared to know what he was doing. But, when calling for additional work, they canceled appointments several times, which is why we went elsewhere. And then the initial problem reappeared and {name redacted} had to replace the flange within 6 months. Since then, Lucky's has not responded to emails.
Lucky's Sewer & Drain installed a sump pump for me for a rental property. I was not available to oversee the work. However, they tied the sump to the plumbing stack so it drains to the sanitary sewer. This is a direct violation of local codes and ordinances put out by the city of Saline, MI. Additionally, they installed a water heater for me (which they are trying to claim they never installed) and never pulled a permit for it! I found this all out months later during a rental inspection and reached out to them regarding the issue. They have been screening my calls since my request of documentation of permits pulled and receipts for the work. The company claims to be licensed and I will be filing a complaint with LARA to have their license revoked.
I highly recommend Luckys Sewer and Drain! I had a problem with my sewer line, and I was very pleased with the promptness and courtesy provided by their team. The repair cost was very reasonable. Using Angi’s easy-to-use process, I submitted a request for servicing. A representative from Luckys called me within minutes after submitting my request! A supervisor from Luckys arrived at my house the very same day to assess the problem. I appreciated his quick response and professionalism. The next day, the supervisor returned to fix the issue, which he did efficiently. Luckys representatives were very friendly and incredibly prompt throughout the entire process. If you’re facing any plumbing issues, I definitely recommend reaching out to Luckys Sewer and Drain!
They were wonderful! Fixed the toilet , drain, and I used them to replace a failed water heater. Very knowledgeable and did an excellent job on all and cleaned up after. Would definitely hire again.
I arranged to have an Angi's list plumber come to speed up a bathtub drain, but also had a shower diverter on the wall that wouldn't let hot water come through the shower. Lucky's plumber looked at the diverter and gave me an estimate of $5400 and stated that Kohler no longer made the part and he had to buy Moen parts costing $2400. As an Angi approved plumber, I thought all was well and gave him a check for 1/2 the estimate at around 4 PM. After he left, I started to think the estimate was unreasonable and so I called at 8 the next morning to put everything on hold until I obtained another estimate. They had an answering machine picking up calls and so I left a message to put a hold on everything and finally reached a live person at 2PM and was told they ordered the parts which could not be returned. I then told them that I would call if I wished to proceed. I called another plumber who was able to get the part from Kohler and is scheduled to come back to repair the diverter. He apologized for the expensive part which cost $90 and estimated one hour labor. The total cost estimate is under $200. So, I think because I am 84, the Lucky's plumber thought he could get away with it. I feel that this plumber is a crook and I would like a full refund of my deposit of $2700. My check was cashed immediately the day I wrote it.
Ron & Ken were friendly and professional. Work was done efficiently. Couldn't imagine a better job by anyone else!

Very good in every instance.--Polite--Fair----VERY FAST emergency response and Same day -JOB- completion.
I had nothing but trouble with this company. Sub zero work on my sewer system. The Tech that came out was angry and botched the job with the concrete that he laid down in the basement to the seating of the toilet and repair. Not on time (hours late to promised time several times). I should never have hired them. I recommend that you not use them as well.
Contacted the company online, they reached back out less than 24 hours later. I was a non-emergency situation. Was quoted a great price and was booked for the next day. I was given a 2 hour window, the company called to let me know when they would be arriving and were within the window. Ronnie came to my house to perform the work I needed. He was very personal and professional. As a woman, I didn't feel worried or uncomfortable at all. When the work was complete, the price was exactly as quoted ahead of time. There wasn't any price gouging. Found a new dependable company who I feel comfortable using for any future needs.
