Very glad I chose Lucas Contracting to remedy our homeâ s radon problem. Every aspect of the work performed was impressive. Mr. Lucas is very knowledgeable, experienced, and he demonstrates a high commitment to quality. The system looks good and works perfectlyâ the radon in our basement was already down to acceptable levels within a few hours. Itâ s a great relief to have an issue like this dealt with professionally.

Tyler did an amazingly professional job installing our radon mitigation system. Our basement is finished with a single unfinished closet and he got the system installed in the one spot it needed to go even though the outside wall at that location was very busy with 400 amp electrical service, solar grid tie-in, and stove downdraft vent all in the same location. It looks like the radon mitigation system was installed along with all the other things, rather than years later!

Tyler arrived and got straight to work. He found a perfect spot in my home for the radon removal system. He worked tirelessly for hours drilling through the slab and concrete wall and did a meticulous perfect job. I was so impressed with his friendliness, professionalism, work ethic, and knowledge. The charge for his services was very reasonable especially considering the amount of physical labor required for this job. I just couldn't be happier with every aspect of what Tyler accomplished today.
