On time for initial visit and installation. The scheduler kept me abreast of arrival times. Fast, courteous and neat. Old attic fan was replaced and fired up in about an hour.

These guys are pros. fast response on quoting, excellent follow up with local utilities, Very precise scheduling, high quality installation, closed up the work to a point it looked like it was years old. they are very good at cleaning up and hauling off all the packaging materials. this is an all-around first-class outfit with very cordial and knowledgeable technicians. i recommend this company without any reservation.

Once contacted, an estimate review was scheduled. I agreed upon the quote, received a call for scheduling and the project was scheduled for the next day. Customer service for this entire project was fantastic. The job was completed, everything was cleaned up and removed. I will most definitely be using Loveland again. My new light fixture looks great, and I have Loveland to thank for a wonderful experience.

I was kept up to date as to when I should expect a technician to arrive today. Tom came out and gave me a fair quote on replacing a ceiling box light with a new pendant light fixture. He was punctual, respectful, gave me a fair quote and did the job in just a few minutes. There was little to no cleanup afterward and I was very impressed. Thank you, Tom!
