Tracy was fantastic. I hired him to help my parents mount a Samsung Frame TV, and he exceeded expectations in every way. He was prompt, communicative, professional, and incredibly kind to my parents — they now rave about him. The project ended up being far more complicated and time-consuming than we anticipated, but Tracy stayed positive, worked through every issue, and honored his original price. I even bought a mounting box that was too large, and he went out of his way to install it in a more convenient and discreet location so everything looks perfect. Proof is in the final product, which looks excellent and professional. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and fair. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again and recommend him without reservation.

Tyler El from Loud and Clear was fantastic to work with. He was helpful, attentive and informative with regards to our project. He was exceptional with his preparation and execution in mounting our large tv, soundbar and setting up both systems. His knowledge and customer service made our installation process stress-free and efficient. Very professional. They installed an 85 inch tv with surround sound in my media room. I had a pre-existing old setup that needed to be adjusted. They walked me through everything that needed to be done, making new access panel and fishing new cable, moving speakers. They cleaned up and vacuumed. Super happy. Highly recommend
