Irvin came by with two crews and got the job done in a very timely manner. He even went ahead and arranged a dumpster to remove all the debris from the old roof, so there was nothing piled up in front of the house. His price was more than fair considering the amount of work he and his guys had performed. I am very happy about how the end result was. He was very meticulous and prompt. He showed up when he said he was going to. Not only do I have a brand new beautiful roof, but I also did not even have to worry about a single nail on the driveway to puncture a tire. I am very pleased and I will definitely be calling him to do more work around the house.

Hired them to put pavers on the driveway and lower it 3-4 inches so it can meet the sidewalk and redo entry apron. I signed the contract with Irvin Rivera, and Irvin sent his uncle Hermes Cruz to install the pavers on the driveway. Hermes never listened to me and build the driveway higher than existing sidewalk. Sidewalk and entry apron was never built properly either. Hermes took $14000 cash from me. I called Irvin try to registered my complaint about the driveway being pool of water, built very high without any pitch, no mesh wire, less than 4' concrete, sidewalk and entry apron being built wrong and requested him to redo everything or refund my money. Irvin threaten me that he will put a lien on my property. I'm taking them to court. please don't hire them. I have proof with pictures. Long Island Precision Home Improvement installed a brand new roof so that we could put solar panels on our roof. They did beautiful work and even helped us picked the color of our shingles which came out great. They did such a nice job on the roof that we hired them to do our gutters and siding as well. In addition, they made some valuable suggestions on venting our roof properly which greatly enhanced the quality of our house. They also handled all aspects of paperwork like providing estimates very professionally. I will definitely use them again.

Erwin is the guy who is reliable and will go an extra mile. My roof was really steep, and he beat all other bids. He is licensed and insured, so you know you are in safe hands. H e always reply on any concerns on text ASAP. i like working with honest contractors and Erwin is one of them.

Irvin Immediately responded to my inquiry about a fence came to my home gave me a quote I like what I heard and I hired him for the task I told him that I wanted it done a little faster than usual and he found some availability within his schedule only because someone had canceled but regardless of the matter he was willing to work as fast as possible. I have done my own homework my own research when it comes to companies doing this particular job and do your own homework shop around and look for the key factors when it comes to someone treating your home with the respect that you want and getting the finished product the you want.
