Had trouble with communication

A wind storm blew off 25% of our roof. Long Construction took the time to work with the insurance company to take the weight off our shoulders. They were able to work with the insurance company, negotiate and get the whole section covered. When they were working, the insurance company inspector failed to let them know there was cedar shake underneath. Long construction worked with insurance company to make sure everything was covered. They are friendly, professional, efficient and they go above and beyond for their customers.

I hired this Long Construction based on the reviews I read about the company. I called for someone to come out and give me a quote for my roof job. Dustin Long came out the next day. When I met with him and he explained the entire process to me. I was very comfortable with him and he also provided me with a good price for the project. I was given a potential start date for the project. They gave me a call a few days earlier than expected. On the start date, the crew was scheduled to start at 8:00 am. They were in my driveway at 7:15 am. I was very impressed with that. Once they arrived they worked all day until the job was completed. If they had to do anything additional I was conatcted and they took picture to show me what they ywere going to do. Once the project was completed, I was contacted. There was a scheduled meeting with me to walk through and ensure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company!!

The owners came out went over all my questions gave me their recommendation. I had 2 other quotes, one higher and one lower and they explained the differences. I had some oddball configurations and they seemed to handle them with ease. They even recommended that I could do some set up work to make it cheaper for me.
