The Lofton team was responsive, creative, on time, on schedule and provided impressive value for the money. This was a substantial and pretty complicated project involving the total landscaping of our front and back yards (including extensive pond work) and I thought their service and installation just excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them based on the work they did for us.

We were very pleased with the work done. Carolyn, from Lofton, did a very good design. The cost of the project was definitely in line with other estimates we received, but was for better quality materials. The work was done when they said it would be done, and was done well. We also had them install sod, and their price for sod was better than the other prices we received, but was for better grass which would accommodate our shady yard.

Would definitely have back to do other landscape work. Rain put back my expected start date by about 10 days. However, Michael was excellent about returning e mails I was always kept updated. Finished project is beautiful!!! Definitely have back to do other landscaping work . Rain delayed my start date about 10 days, but Micheal excellent about returning e mails and keeping me updated. I thought the design was excellent and the price was fair, however, the quote for the installation was too high. I hired another contractor for the installation.

Thanks so much for the kind review. I would like to mention that we are licensed, bonded and insured, so our installation prices on plantings can not compete with a lawn mowing company who is willing to do the job on the side. In addition, we purchase only the best, locally grown plant materials, and our installed price is close to or less than the retail price of the same plants. We also guarantee our trees and shrubs, per industry standards; however, our replacement rate is below 2% of all installed plantings. Again, it was a delight meeting with and working for you on your plant project- Carolyn.

They were prompt with quotes and changes, stopping over to the house a couple of times to go over various plans. Their prices were comparable to other quotes received. Their start date was very acceptable and they started on time every day, working all day long with just lunch breaks.Our job was completed in 5 days. The crew cleaned up the site every day before they left. The completed stonework install is beautiful and we are very pleased. We would hire them again.
