Washer and dryer suddenly stopped working and we could not correct by checking electrical box. Ryan came to our house quickly and found that he could correct the problem with simple resetting the electrical box and did not charge for the service. Lock and Alert Systems installed smoke detectors for me. Ryan was polite, professional and on time. He did an excellent job. I will definitely use him again for future projects.

Ryan arrived on time and ready to work. After looking over the project he found I had a hidden GFI that had stopped the electrical current. He turned it on then suggested I not add additional boxes just use the existing ones. There was no charge for the service call. I appreciated his honesty and help.
