Josue, Roofing Manager was able to locate the leak in our roof, after 2 hours of assessment, which was a skylight. He provided us with an estimate and scheduled a repair within 2 weeks. Armando, Carlos and Daniel were tireless workers in this heat. It was pleasure to have them work so quietly, courteously, efficiently and they seemed to really enjoy their work and each other, which is testimony that they are treated well by Axiom 360 of Grover Beach. From start to finish, the team at Axiom360 were professional, responsive and kind. Starting with David in sales who explained our options and worked out the kinks with the finance company to Fernanda whoâ s made navigating both regulatory and scheduling as painless as possible to the install team of Nick, Brandon and Ron who made quick work of installation and communicated updates and timelines and tolerated my hanging around bugging them, weâ re thrilled we chose Axiom360. Everyone we have worked with goes above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth as possible. They answer right away, spend the extra time to make sure you are comfortable with your understanding about the solar process and are proactive with their project updates.
