Nick called in advance and arrived promptly. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. His price was very reasonable. As an added bonus, Nick asked if there were any additional issues he wanted me to address since he was already out. I had mentioned an issue with my ceiling fan which he inspected and adjusted at no cost.
