Write a ReviewThey totally messed up my pickup. I arranged to be on site and was notified that they had arrived, that I had approved a revised quote and my credit card was charged because another of their drivers submitted my pickup when they were at a different location. When they eventually arrived at my address, they would not pick up my donation because of their drivers error. They did not respect my time and frustration. They do not care about their customers.
I hired this company bc they were supposedly recommended by Habitat for Humanities (questionable). I was in the process of downsizing to a new house after my wifes passing. They were supposed to remove selected items (furniture, clothing, junk, etc.) and determine whether they could donate or throw it out. I would then receive a receipt. They were also going to move selected items to bring to storage. The stuff I wanted moved was either thrown away or left behind. They threw out my winter clothes and a filing cabinet! I still had to hire moving men for the stuff they just left. They are all just careless kids that were fooling around while working, even dropping and breaking things. The owner of the company is only 22 yo. and the workers are even younger. Stay away!
These two gentlemen are total professionals. They are an example of courtesy, efficiency, cleanliness, and polite. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hired LiftAway to clean out my mother-in-laws 3-story condo. Contacted them via email on a Sunday evening and Vincent responded 10 minutes later. They texted me with updates, crew was friendly and professional, and usable furniture was donated to Habitat for Humanity and a receipt was provided â this was a deciding factor for using LiftAway as the other companies I contacted only dumped everything. Great service and a fair price.

Best price in town. Ridiculous easy small job semi they dropped down to $50 and it was done the next morning. Nobody else I called was willing to negotiate to throw out a small appliance (microwave).
