Extremely disappointed! I rarely, if ever, write a negative review. Rate customer satisfaction and communication poor. 3 maples and 3 river birch and several shrubs were dead (or died) after he planted them told they would "come back". Was told that the bushes planted in the yard were drought resistant and they died. The trees were dropped off at the house and left for 3 weeks before they were planted. The trees were still dead in the spring and I was charged 50% of the original price of the trees. Home Depot, Lowes, comparable nurseries and mail order offer 100% replacement within one year purchase. The hardscaping was great except for the waterfall. It never did work properly. I called several times and was told when he would be out here to fix the problems and he wouldn't show. I was told it be $150 per visit to fix the waterfall so we are fixing it. 25% of the grass died before the first year. Justin said he would reseed in the fall but there was no follow through so we reseeded the lawn. I am not that hard to please but feel taken advantage of. Another potential customer with references called and I told her what had happened. She stated this is what other people were saying. I wish I asked for references. Dummy me.

Justin and his crew did a fantastic job with the hardscaping around our house. They were all very friendly and respectful to us as the project went on. I will hire them again if I need additional landscaping. Thank you Justin, we are very happy with your work.
