Eric with Legacy was great to work with. He was very informative and made the process very easy. Gave me a few different options and had the job done the very next day. We will definitely be calling on Eric again in the future when we need work done.

My heat wasn't working on a weekend when it was very cold. He made it to my house fast and worked hard to get it going through the weekend. He researched the part that needed to be replaced and after much consideration I decided to just get a new furnace. Mine was 25+ years old. He met with me to discuss different options and payment plans on Monday and I had a new furnace on Tuesday! He was fast and professional. He explained things very well. I could tell he knew his stuff. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone looking for a repair or install. I had complete confidence in him and didn't even shop around because I felt he was fairly priced.

Eric is great! He has replaced our ac and just came over to look at furnace. He is very nice and knowledgeable and even drove all the way to Omaha to get a part the same day we called so we wouldn’t be cold. Prices are reasonable as well! I would recommend him to everyone. Thanks again!

Professional personal and prompt. I chose Eric and his company legacy to inspect and service my mom's furnace because of the company size. Legacy is a small company in comparison to the local big guys. Eric returned my original call very quickly and returned followup call just as quickly. We booked an appointment for Saturday at 8 AM and he showed up perfectly on time. He explained in plain English what he would do and why. I checked in once while he was working and he took time to show me the video he was taking of the inside of my furnace. The job took about 1 1/2 hours. Upon completion he showed us a very detailed inspection report and gave us a private portal link to view your photos and report online. His price is very competitive as well. We had only a routine check up done but because my great experience I will recommend Eric at Legacy for any HVAC needs you have. Legacy will now be your go to for heating and cooling of our home.
