The water filter was outrageously overpriced, and the complete inability to obtain service makes this company one I strongly urge everyone to avoid. For the past two weeks, I have been trying--without success--to schedule my required annual service appointment with Leaf Home Water Solutions. The experience has been infuriating and absolutely unacceptable. My water filtration system has been displaying a constant warning that the water may not be safe, along with a nonstop beeping alarm that cannot be silenced until service is completed. This is a system I paid a significant amount of money for, and yet I cannot get the company to perform even the most basic maintenance. I have called customer service every single day for two weeks. Most calls go unanswered after long hold times. When I select the callback option, I often receive no callback at all.

Worked with us to get what we needed done at an affordable price. Sales lady that called us was wonderful, the sales representative guy that came out for the quote was awesome, and the installer was great to work with. Overall this company was great for us.
