Lawnworks is an excellent service with a great team! Frank is very personable and always keeps us updated on any property concerns - They did a great job managing our virgin lawn as we're a new build property - They also installed our front walkway which came out great - We use them year round for all our property maintenance including snow removal - Highly recommend these guys! Reliable, Friendly, and great value overall!

Customer has to understand that when we have a blizzard and over a ft of snow that we will be late with the snow plowing. We fully understand that you need to get your driveway and parking area plowed but when there is this much snow it is going to take a lot more time than 4 inches of snow. Snow fall is one thing but a blizzard with over a foot of snow takes a while to clear. I explained that and was still not happy.

It seemed like Lawnworks would be great at first because I received a Google Maps overview of my property along with the cost estimate. Frank the owner then came by on his own to examine the property. He called to let me know there would be a $10 surcharge because of the excessive weeds on my property. The next day he performed the services. When I got home I noticed that my lawn had not been cut. I called him and it was at that time that he realized that he mowed the wrong lawn. He realized his mistake and came back to do my lawn. I questioned him about the $10 surcharge for the weeds since he was looking at the wrong lawn when he charged me - but he said we had enough weeds to warrant the increase - so beware the extra $10 per week charge. When it came to mowing the lawn, Frank did a great job, the grass always looked great when he was done. The problem I had with Lawnworks was about the weeds and general appearance. They were never consistent with weed maintenance and generally left weeds everywhere - even in front of my front door . I would call, Frank would say that they were learning the property - that was fine for the first couple of weeks but they never learned - and my property is only 0.29 acres. Every week there was an excuse as to why all the weeds were not handled. They promised that my property would look pristine and it didn't. Nice job on the "grass" but general upkeep left something to be desired. I should not have had to have a conversation every week about what was missed.

I informed customer that the huge gaps in the paver sidewalk we can't get the weeds out of the deep gaps, sidewalk is outdated and needs resurfacing. Every service we went over job twice due to customer not being happy after every service.Customer was informed and knew he can cancel any time but kept service all summer. Customer would point out weeds that were not on the lawn and in wooded area. We tried everything to make him happy and didn't want to cancel his service but should have due to him never being happy with service.

Frank is great to work with. He's does an excellent job and his price is fair for the work being done. He's approachable and personable. He'll work with you not against you like the bigger companies. I would highly recommend that you call him for lawn care/snow plowing.
