    Brian LaValle is a God Send!! Bought my home for under 20k and Brian has done everything from the basement to the roof!!! Drive by and Look at It. 705 Lundy St Streator. It sat for 5 1/2 years after a destructive foreclosure. There was no bathroom! Everyone Loves my bathroom now. The house looks Modern and heâ  s SO professional and comfortable and has been working on my home for well over a year so we pitched him keys to the house. I slept in the other day while him and his crew, always making sure my cats donâ  t get out, installed my laundry room floor. Never thought something like that could happen! Grade A work! Im So Proud of my house! This guy Checks My House to assure itâ  s sound and safe! The addition was attached to the original house. My roof was stressed and leaking. He â  tiedâ  (their lingo) the 2 lil houses together. Now Iâ  m saving up for him to do the roof. I flipped and remodeled 4 homes of my own when I was younger. This guy is the best. I humbly admit.     Bryan and Ronnie were superb. A silent powerful team they got loads of things accomplished each day and transformed my house totally in 3 to 4 days when I had severe time crunch. Most people I engaged on hourly basis I genuinely felt I was overpaying them at the end of the day either because their tools and experience were such they dragged out things, or they asked too much while not finishing specific objectives. The Lavalle guys made me feel I was paying less than the value they delivered on all levels. Very very reasonable and high quality work. Highly recommended

    This is the most hones man I ve met in this line of business!!! He shoots a price that is honest and fair and shows up to do the work. The work was done in a timely matter and of the best quality. We have plans to use him again and again on future projects

    I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received. Everything was completed in a very timely matter with quality workmanship. They replaced my vinyl siding on my house, and I could not be more pleased with it. Besides a great job the price was very reasonable. I am so happy that I found them on Home Adviser.
