We had an issue with a 3 year old LG multitrack dryer making noise and drum not rotating due to a plastic spatula inadvertently infused on cleaning. David ( owner ) arrived within 2 hours of a Monday morning call for help ! He confirmed our suspicions dismantling LG dryer and reassembled in 30 mins after cleaning sand debris. David is a class professional with significant experience. He carries many appliance parts in an immaculate service vehicle . Landis Appliance is an exceptional provider ! Great service

Work was done right after a previous workman employed a jerry-rigged, non-permanent solution. But.....Landis guy made no attempt to protect the kitchen flooring when he slid-out our heavy stove, resulting in ugly scratch marks on our vinyl floor. We're still trying to get those marks out with cleaners. soaps, and waxes. More care should have been taken. Bringing along a few pieces of collapsed, cardboard boxes would have prevented this situation.

He was unable to repair the washer. He did show up timely and was very knowledgeable.

Hired them to look at dishwasher. Guy looked at it for 5 minutes told me its broken and too old to fix. Better off getting a new one due to cost to fix which took another 5 minutes. Charged me $149 for 10 minutes of work. Needless to say I wont be using them again.

This contractor was on time, knowledgeable and honest. Fully explained my options and the cost of each. I will use them to meet my future needs.

They did a great job.

I wasn't at the location for the repair but they came within a day. The repair was a little pricy considering no parts were needed. $475 for 1 hour and 15 minutes of labor is very pricy. The job was done correctly as no more leaking of water on the floor 1 week later.
