Daniel and his team were just plain incredible. They kept me informed thru out the project and would verify I was happy as they completed each step of the project. I had a unique situation with some very large beams and they were able to come up with a solution that exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them for any exterior work and I will not hesitate to rehire them when I need any additional work on my home.

They will not leave or asks for final payment unless you are 100% satisfied. Regarding work and price / they did an awesome job, even the country inspector that was there to check on the roof was impressed with their work. The inspector wasn t even there to check their work. The inspector ended up staring at the work for a wile. He was impressed on how the Soffits were install with attention to all details. His comment reassured me that we made the right call to hire them. Regarding price - the price was very competitive and it came with awesome customer service. We hired them for Sidding, painting, and soffits. We are very happy we called Daniel. Our home looks great thanks to Landa Exteriors. Don t hesitate and call them for a quote. You will not regret it.

Daniel and Marcelo were very professional, excellent quality, attention to detail, went above and beyond my expectations for 2nd floor siding replacement and trim repair/replace and paint. They matched the house color perfectly and did a great job on the trim, and even painted more then they said they would! This is August with the heat index of 107 and I don't know how they could do this, and make it look so good. I asked to give them water / ice, they brought their own, they cleaned up after themselves, never bothered me while I had to work from home, they told me what they were doing next when I would go out and ask if they needed anything and how they were doing. They are very organized, and know what they are doing. Their work speaks for itself. My next door neighbor said it looks so good, he asked me what I thought of them and how they were doing. I gave a high recommendation, and now starting tomorrow, they will be working on his house. The quality of material they used was top notch. I highly recommend Landa Exteriors and enjoyed working with Daniel and Marcelo. Also, I reminded Daniel that I needed to pay the balance, it was me who said it not them!

Outstanding Services Received were: Professional, On-Time, Detailed Oriented in the painting, Customer Service was above and beyond. I also want to add they installed hardie-board to the front of our home and were so meticulous at getting it to match pre-existing board. When I requested our 2 story, 4 bedroom home to be painted a subtle white with white trim they were eager and happy to take on the challenge. You see, our existing home color was a dark brown!! Can not express how pleased we are with the finished product. We also felt Landa Exteriors pricing was very competetive and reasonable. Our next exterior project will definitely go to Landa Exteriors!

Hired Landa Exteriors for a second time. Siding repair, window reframing and complete re-painting of entire exterior of home. They did an absolutely incredible job. So much so that our neighbors hired them too!
