DON'T HIRE!! He first did work through our insurance company for water damage, and did a good job, friendly, on time every day. We did have an issue with new flooring but TRUSTED him to fix like he said he would. Insurance paid. We had also hired him to do $5000.00 additional repairs. That's when the other Lance showed up!! Didn't show up to work when he said he would, wouldn't reply to texts or phone calls, rude, belligerent, very unprofessional. He's been paid, still needs to fix new flooring that he said he would fix, still have other issues with a couple of things that he said he would come by and talk to us about. A month later, still waiting...This all started February 2024. At this point I'm afraid to have him back in my home.

Lance was recommended by our insurance agent Corey Perkins with State Farm as we had sustained some water damage. Lance was an absolute pleasure to work with and not only took care of the water damage but some other things that we had him do as well. We are extremely pleased with this work it would recommend him to anyone. Thanks for everything lance!

Lance is a highly and widely skilled man. He has awesome work and intellectual ability. He is pleasantly and keeps his clients thoroughly informed. He does exactly what he says he will do and exactly when he says he will do it. In many ways he is reminiscent of a much earlier generation. I would hire him again and again.

WARNING!! I hired Bybee Handyman Service in June 2021 to stain pool deck. Unfortunately it is still not finished September 16, 2021. After paying almost the total cost of the job and offering to cover any extra cost, he will not show up, return my calls, texts or emails. Really disappointed about this whole experience. BUYER BEWARE

Lance is awesome. He is very professional,kind and great at what he does. Even my dog loved him. I will stick with him for any other projects I need in the future. My fence looks amazing and Scarlett (my dog) is enjoying her freedom. Thanks Lance!

Fantastic experience! I will definitely hire him again for future repairs. He replaced the majority of the fencing enclosing my property and it is sturdy with metal fence posts and absolutely beautiful! He is polite, communicative, hard working, meticulous, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. If you value quality craftsmanship then this is your handyman, hands down!
