Very quick with an estimate and were able to get at it right away. Far exceeded my expectations with the thoroughness of sealing every crack and crevice on a two story farmhouse. Documented everything with lots of pictures both inside and outside the house. What a relief to find this company in our area!

Called with opossum sights. From the initial call to the visit and plan devised to rid me of the "house guests" the process has been smooth sailing. In determining the point of entry into the house my future is opossum free! Highly recomment.

I am very pleased with Lakeshore Nuisance. I was at my wits end with a groundhog problem and they caught all of them plus a raccoon too. The whole team was very professional, always friendly and respectful. The communication was top notch and they did everything that they said they would. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
