LVA built a beautiful deck for us. I highly recommend them. A previous contractor pulled the deck apart unexpectedly and it was in total disrepair by the time we hired LVA. This project was to rebuild the deck and relocate the stairs to provide access from a laundry room. Jose and his team were exceptionally professional, always on-time, kept the work site spotless, communicated well throughout the process, pointed out any prospective issues promptly -- for example, our architect's plans needed some adjustments once we were building out the stairs. I fully appreciated his recommendations + input. The workmanship of his team was excellent and the project pricing was quite reasonable. We went with P/T/L instead of composite and will stain it in a few weeks. I look forward to hiring LVA for future projects.

This was the best experience I had with construction work. I had multiple projects in my house including storage shed, hot tub installation, gazebo construction, replacing a side wall with sliding glass door and work station and closet at the attic. Jose and his assistant Erwin are real assets for the company. Everything was taken care of in a very professional and calm way. My problem is I pay attention to every small detail and to my surprise, Jose didnâ  t give me any chance to make any remarks on his work, so I had to do throughout was just enjoying the art he and Erwin created at my house.

Jose's quote came in with competitive pricing, but it wasn't just the price that drove our decision. We went with Jose because of his professionalism, knowledge, and his willingness to walk through all of our questions to make sure that we were 100% comfortable before moving forward. Once the contract was his, none of that changed. On site, Jose and his team exceeded our already high expectations of them. Communication is also a very important factor for us and Jose kept us in the loop the entire project. In addition to rebuilding the deck, we have also had Jose redo a stone patio, redo a sidewalk, add a drainage system, renovate 2 closets, and add flooring in an attic. Bring him in for a quote and you will see everything that we saw!
