Larry responded the evening that I sent a request for service. He came out the next day on time. He was very nice and he understood what I was requesting. He fix the problem and I am thrilled. I had taken my computer to someone else who just messed it up and I will never do that again

I had a garage camera that refused to operate after we changed internet providers. I spent literally hours (and cash) with our installer, tech support and product support team with no success. Tenacious Larry did what no one else was able to do-he assessed the problem and provided a solution. Now the system works flawlessly. Having seen the success we had on that project, we innocently asked Larry to look at a lighting issue we had been dealing with for years. Our previous person had removed parts and told us we would have to rewire the kitchen. Larry carefully considered everything, found the problem to be a light bulb (!) and again, fixed the problem. No more flickering lights! I could site more examples but the point is, call Larry in the first place. He is smart and tenacious and will fix the problem. Tech issues will be resolved quickly, efficiently and his suggestions will save you lots of $$$$!
