LRN Services did an outstanding job rebuilding the easement driveway on one of the JL3 properties we manage. They graded out all the potholes, prepped the area for new material, and made sure the entire road all the way to the house was perfectly fixed and leveled. Their work was clean, fast, and truly professional. On top of that, they’re great people to work with. Highly recommend LNR Services — they’re amazing at what they do!

I wish I took photos prior to the result, the property looks fantastic by comparison. The heaping excess of vegetation (stumps, saplings, pine trees, sarsparilla vines, werewolf nests) spanning just a hair over an acre would've had the Carboniferous Period shaking under its covers. I reached out to LRN via their Google number and Lance answered. I explained the situation (clearing the lots in preparation for a lawn/fence), and he was able to quickly come out and survey the area for a very, VERY fair estimate. That following week, Lance and Clint arrived and promply got to work--they were professional, easy to work and communicate with, and provided honest and helpful feedback with regard to the end goal of the project, forging on from dusk 'til dawn for three days to dial it in. Eight trailer loads of roots, stumps, and brush later, and our property was transformed and ready for the next big step (a glorious lawn!) Towering pine trees? An endless lattice of roots and saplings? A veritable labyrinth of brush clogging the perimeter? Done, done, and veni vidi vici. They were meticulous, raked down the soil afterward, and stood by to ensure we were solid with their handiwork. At our request, they even cut some of the fresh pine into a huge stack for future fire pit festivities. I couldn't recommend them more, VERY satisfied with the work at a good price. Thanks Lance! He showed up first thing in the morning and went right to work and I Wasn’t sure what to expect getting my driveway re done and he went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the work being done. LRN Services LLC was hands-down the best decision we made for clearing our land for our horse farm. Out of every company we contacted, they were the only ones who actually showed up, walked the land with us, and took the time to understand what we wanted. That alone spoke volumes. LRN is a great company! I had the pleasure of having Lance and his team clear and level my back yard (1/4 acre) this week. They are very professional and easy to work with. I emailed them on January 26th and they were able to come out the very next week and get the job done. In addition to removing any unwanted trees and level the ground they also root raked the entire lot. They are definitely an A+ service. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

They transformed our one-acre lot—removing dense, overgrown azalea bushes and several trees, hauling in fresh dirt, and meticulously raking and leveling the entire area to prepare it for sod. I’ve had trouble dealing with contractors before, but none with LRN. Lance listen to what I wanted done, laid out to me exactly how he would do it, and did the job above and beyond the first time. I feel my money was well spent, and highly recommend LNR to everyone.

We contacted LRN Service for our driveway expansion and he met with us the next day to go over the project. From day one, he has been very professional, polite, and listen to our concerns regarding the existing driveway. He immediately got with the county inspector and worked hand in hand to ensure we were able to get the driveway we envisioned. We couldn’t ask for a better contractor. Honestly, I don’t think we would have had this driveway if it wasn’t for him. Recently, I had a septic removed and needed a massive leach field mound removed from my front yard. I saw Lance working on my neighbor's yard and asked about hiring him to grade mine. He was able to give me a rough estimate on the spot and a solid price the very next day. He was very upfront about everything cost wise ( which was very reasonably priced ), and in less than a week, he was able to start on my yard. LRN is a small veteran owned company, but these guys are trustworthy and hard working. They showed up first thing in the morning and worked till it got dark, and they were able to complete the project in a matter of days. I called around just to get quotes from other companies ( some didn't even bother calling back ), and they beat out the competition easily. If I have any more projects come up in the future, LRN will be the first company I call, and I highly recommend these guys if you need any type of landscaping work done around your home.
